We've got new chromas coming up for high noon irelia, high noon senna, high noon fiddlesticks, high noon jhin, high noon lucian! Lucian has few skins available and, while good, they leave the feeling that there's untapped potential. Champions that have already received championship skin will receive a golden chroma.

Should've made this skin matte black if they wanted us to feel like lucian was still a black guy underneath or something.

When they used prime for the lucian skins i thought that was going to be the name for all the chromas that use the base skin, but then all of them turned out to be something different so i guess they don't really give a f*** about consistency. Do we know if prestige lucian skin will come with an event or not. Not really sure how prime is relevant to lucian, though. The design and champion are selected after an interview with each team member.
